Are the lashes reusable?
Yes, with careful care and maintenance you can wear them up to 30 times.
Can I place them under my natural lashes?
No, our system is designed to be placed on top of the lashes for support and safety.
I don't really have eyelashes, can I still apply these?
Our MagicStick eyeliner adhesive is safe to apply to the lid. Many of our customes without or little eyelashes tell us they are using our system with high levels of satisfaction. You simply line the lid and apply the segments to the liner - you're good to go for up to 10 hours!
How are these different from magnetic lashes?
<p>Yes! If you don’t get the full 10 days of wear, please contact our customer service and we’ll help make it right (usually it’s an issue with application technique). As for how this is possible: We developed a unique bottom-banded lash system that applies over your natural lashes and bonds with our custom-formulated glue. While gentle and light, the glue is incredibly strong once it cures. Since the glue cures with pressure, you can apply the lash segment and make adjustments to its position. Once you’re happy with the placement, just squeeze together with your natural lashes, and voila -- the lashes will stay in place for 10+ days!
How do I remove the lashes?
Once you are ready to remove your lashes, tug the lashes gently and they come right off without any damage. Follow this up by cleaning the remaining liner with our makeup remover wipes that
not only clean your eyes but provide nutrients and vitamins to your face. If you don't have our makeup wipes you can use an oil based cleaner to clean your lashes.
What happens if I don't like them?
We want you to find your perfect fit! We have many styles to choose from, but if you're unhappy with your choice, we're willing to change out the style for you. Many customers also modify the strips by trimming them to their liking and to accommodate eyeglasses as well.
How do I buy refills?
We make it super easy to refill your order. You can sign up for our monthly membership to get a discount and get your refills automatically sent to you each month. The other way is that you can log into instalash.com to order them on demand.
Is this safe for my eyes?
Absolutely! If you are applying the liner with the precision tip to the base of your lashes, there will be no chemicals to deal with. Nothing comes in contact with your eyes.
How does it work?
It's quite simple really! Just apply the liner then attach the segments to the liner. The liner acts as the adhesive for the lashes. You'll be set for up to 10 hours.
Does it feel sticky?
It feels wet when you first apply the liner and attach the lashes, but once the adhesive dries in 30 seconds , it does not feel wet nor sticky any more. Dry time is about 30 seconds.
Is this really easy to apply?
Most of our customers have told us that its easier than putting mascara on.
I don't like the full look, how can I make it look more natural?
You are in luck! We have many different styles of lashes for you to pick from. If you want something a little more subtle, opt for the "natural lash" option. You can also chose to wear anywhere between 1 - 5 segments depending on the look you are going for.
How long can I use them?
If you take proper care of your lashes once you remove them, you can easily reuse the lashes 20 to 30 times.

My item arrived damaged what should I do?
At times the item may arrive damaged due to shipping and handling, please contact us with a picture of the damaged items and we will be happy to send you a replacement.
